We are developing a Service Access Module to manage products that come to the company for repairing. All product details are managed in Zoho Creator, and estimates are generated in Zoho Books.

Service Access & Repair Workflow

Each product received for repair is tracked in Zoho Creator. Spare parts are recorded in the 'Tool Spare Details' sub-module. Customer and item data are synced from Zoho Books. Completed repairs can generate estimates in Zoho Books directly from Creator.
