  • Issues caused by third-party applications or modifications made by the customer.
  • Subscription fees related to Zoho Apps (as these are directly handled by Zoho).

2. Pre-Purchase Evaluation and Free Trial

To help customers make an informed decision, we provide:

  • Detailed product information and demos to evaluate our services before purchasing.
  • A 7-day free trial on our marketplace extensions, allowing customers to test the features before making a commitment.

3. Issue Resolution and Support

As a Zoho Premium Partner, our core responsibilities include support, implementation, and customization. If you face any issues:

  • We encourage you to contact our support team, who will work towards a resolution.
  • If the issue is unresolved due to our fault and falls under refund eligibility, we will consider a refund within the 3-day period.

4. Collaboration for Technical Issues

For effective troubleshooting, we may require access to:

  • Server details, GitHub repositories, or relevant resources where our software is installed.
  • This access is treated with strict confidentiality and is used solely for issue resolution.

5. No Responsibility for Zoho Subscriptions

We specialize in Zoho support, implementation, and customization, but we do not handle or manage Zoho subscription fees. Any billing-related concerns for Zoho Apps must be addressed directly with Zoho Corporation.
