Zoho, a global SaaS leader headquartered in Chennai, offers a comprehensive suite of productivity tools including Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, and Zoho Show. Among its highlights, Zoho Sheet comes with AI-powered data analysis through Zia, enabling users to interpret complex datasets with ease and visualize them using nearly 40 different chart types.

This move gained visibility when Union Minister for Electronics and IT, Ashwini Vaishnaw, declared that he would personally be adopting Zoho’s online office platform for his documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Sharing the update on social media, the Minister emphasized the importance of prioritizing Indian products and services, echoing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Vocal for Local” and Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Reposting the Minister’s announcement, Zoho’s Co-founder Sridhar Vembu expressed pride and gratitude, noting that such recognition inspires the Zoho team and validates years of relentless effort in building world-class products from India, for the world.

The timing of this decision aligns with the government’s renewed push for Swadeshi adoption, highlighting India’s capability to develop advanced digital solutions that can compete on a global scale.
